* Fill in the Brand Name of your sample.
* Select the production date of your sample.
* Select the expiry date of your sample.
* Fill in your sample patch number.
* Upload one or two photos of your Sample.(First photo is require)
* Click on Next.
(If you choose more than one analysis, You’ve to fill all of the Steroid details separately, each form valid for one Item/sample). - Click on CHECK OUT NOW! button.
- Fill in your Name, Phone(optional), E-mail two times, and click on NEXT STEP.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click on CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
- You will be redirected to PayPal Page, after complete the payment your order is placed, you can find it in: My Account page > Orders.
- Print the order and paste it on your shipment sample.
